Drowning Love is an okay movie, with an intense love story which was ruined by the odd directing techniques. First of all, the story was confusing a bit, though you get the main idea in the end and you can follow it for a while, so the messed up story line wasn't my main problem. The thing that ruined the movie for me was the way it was directed.

While Drowning Love is about two of the same age but a different "kind of life" and focuses more on the path the main girl takes (after moving to the country side), Hot Road focuses on a kind of "forbidden" love story between a 14 and a 16 year old. It's more about the difficulties they have together.
